How do you repair the damage you did to your hair after straightening it?

I've been straightening my hair every single day for three years; it doesn't scrunch good. Now my hair looks really dead, it lost a lot of its shine, and it seems kind of crispy. I've tried curling it with a curling iron, but its been straightened so much that the curls just fall out and it looks horrible. How can i get my hair back to how it was before all the damage? How do you repair the damage you did to your hair after straightening it?
there are shamppos for that, there is pantene prov and make sure its the one that says ';for dry or damaged hair'; it works. There is garnier fructis, but also make sure that is the one for ';dry or damegd hair'; and last but not least, there is dove, any dove would be able to repair the damage.

If you want you can deep condition your hair at least once a week. How do you repair the damage you did to your hair after straightening it?
You need to go to a hair salon and get hair treatments;so your hair can be healthy again.
You should have bought a heat activated conditioner by kerastase it would have protected and kept your hair shiny. If you continue to straighten your hair you should use this product. Anyways go to a hair salon they'll recommend shampoo's and conditioners that can help you restore your hair to it's natural 'health' once more. Until you can go to a hair salon you should lay off straightening your hair and go out and buy kerastase and a good leave in conditioner to try and hydrate your hair.
You should use conditioner and that should make your hair go somewhat back to normal.

But even if you want to start scrunching it that would be better to give the straightning a break. So here's how to scrunch your hair :

Before you go to sleep take a shower and brush out your hair. Then add some moose and hair spray it.Then put it in a tight bun and hair spray this. Then sleep.ln the morning take down your hair and hairspray it and scrunch away.lt may look bad when you first take it down but each time you do it it gets better so keep trying. Also keeping it in a pony tail for an hour or too makes it look good. But good luck and i hope i helped a little bit. =D
