How do you make your hair really curly over night?

I have stick straight hair. It doesn't stayed curled when i curl it with a curling iron. and when i use rollers they don't work! i was wondering if anyone had any ideas or other ways to curl it.How do you make your hair really curly over night?
I use Herbal Esscences Curling Moose. You put it in your hair when its wet then it curls. Works amazingly, but make sure you don't brush your hair after using it. Also it can make your hair frizz if you touch it too much after it dries. Hope it helps I always use it.
