Help with curling my hair!?

Ok so I'm going to curl my hair tomorrow but i don't know how to do it. I've tried the banana curlers and braiding my hair but neither one worked. I have medium length hair. How do you curl your hair? Should I use a curling iron? Please help.Help with curling my hair!?
use a curling iron...but this may mean you have to get up earlier cause it takes a while. curl it in inch long sections...(about as wide as your pinky is long) or you could use hot rollers...its faster.Help with curling my hair!?

watch this video. but skip the updo part! very helpful!
you should use a curling iron or hot rollers
Curling iron
you clamp it with the iron.

roll it up.

hold it for like 10 seconds.

unroll.

you'll get the hang of what kind of curls com with how long you hold it for.

if you hold it for a long time, you'll get tight curls, that kind of thing
use a curling iron, those are always the best

Use a curling iron, or if you already have one, a straightener. You need hairspray too, because it sounds like your hair doesn't hold curls very well. On youtube, you can watch tutorials which are probably better than me explaining how to curl your hair for another 2000 characters, so heres some links to the tutorials I like:

use a large curling iron for big curls and a smaller iron for tighter curls. if you want a more natural look, finger comb through after you take it out of the iron. then hairspray :)
