How do you make your hair wavy like this?

Please explain the technique I need to use with a curling iron to make my hair look like Miley's in this photo.

i do this to my hair all the time LC always has her hair like this too\

take sections of your hair

instead of putting it in the clip

hold the curling iron upside down

(hot side on the botttom and the holder on top)

now just wrap your hair aroung the curling iron

away from your face

it will be hard you will burn ur self but

once you get the hang of it it will look amazing!!
