its so wavy! i love it! and the color...but how do you get your hair all wavy like hers with a curling iron?How do you get your hair to look like miley cyrus'?
i think they wrapped her hair around a curling iron to get it like that.

but if you want it more curly, take smaller sections and hold them in the curling iron a little longer
