I have naturally wavy hair, and when I straighten my hair then curl it, it comes out wavy instead of curly. My hair length is past my shoulders and a little above my chest. Any tips for me?
If possible, I'd want my curls to look like this:

Thank you guys so much for your help! Much appreciated. How do I get loose curls with a Revlon 1'; curling iron?
First of all, you can't straighten your hair before you curl it. Just blow dry it first.
Start by clipping your top section of hair up and just curl the bottom parts. Always curl your hair so it is going away from your face (outwards), as this looks better.
When you finish curling one section unclip your hair and continue, keeping most of it clipped up. The curls are going to look a lot tighter than the picture but it's okay, just keep going.
Once you've done all of your hair flip it upside and tousle it with your hands, letting the curls loosen up. flip it back up, part it the way you like, and spray! How do I get loose curls with a Revlon 1'; curling iron?
don't straighten your hair before you curl it, it wont curl
after you curl your hair use the plastic rollers to keep in the curls while you do the rest of the curls, this will prevent them from straightening out while theyr cooling down
when your done curling your hair just style it whatever way you want
follow these steps
# Start off by dividing your hair, this can be done by parting your hair into two parts straight down the middle. For each side, roll your hair into a bun and hold it up with a clip. You also should repeat the last step for the other part of your hair.
# Turn on your straightener, and place it onto a sensible place.
# You will then need to take a bit of hair out of your bun this section of your hair you take out should be as thick as one of your fingers.
# You then need to hold that section of hair near the end of the straightener. You are then required to place the iron over the section of your hair. Afterwards, wrap that section of hair around the bottom plate.
# You will then need to gently close the straightener lightly gripping the section of your hair. Then glide the straightener down towards the ends and rotate it outwards. If you don't like the curl you end up with you can always try again on the same section of your hair
# You then need to repeat step 3-5, and use it to curl up the rest of your hair with a straightener.
